Location: Tony Kent Arena
Dates: June 29th - August 20th
Ice Time:
Mondays - 4:00pm - 5:00pm (Development Skate)
5:00pm - (Weekly 5v5 Game)
Tuesdays - 9:30 - 11:00am (Development Skate)
Thursdays - 9:30 - 11:00am (Development Skate)
Gym Times:
(Players should make 3-4 lifts each week)
Mondays - 7:00am or 2:30pm
Tuesdays - 11:00am or 6:30pm
Wednesday - 7:00am, 2:30pm, or 5:00pm
Thursdays - 11:00am or 6:30pm
Fridays - 7:00am or 2:30pm
This is a group for dedicated women at the NCAA D3 or Prep / High School aged players with NCAA D3 commitments.
3 sessions of ice time per week dedicated to your individual needs as a player. The goal of the summer program is to grow as a person and as a player, to be ready physically and mentally for the fall, and to continue to have fun and enjoy your time at the rink!
Gym: Players will have our strength coach there working with them every step of the way to ensure proper form and development. Workouts can be done immediately after your skate or we can create a custom schedule that works for you. Players will receive a summer workout plan and have full access to the gym all week.
Gym Location: Tony Kent Arena (Upstairs)

Players should arrive at the rink early to warm up and prepare for the skate. They will be the first group on the ice so arriving early will allow them some time to get on the ice early if they’d like. Players can warmup / roll out in the gym before the skate. After the skate players can choose lift or work on their shooting / puck handling on the synthetic ice pads outside.
