CCH Spring/Summer Tournament Teams

Have a group of players who are interested in more specific training? Contact to arrange a time, date, and program that suits your needs. Group sizes anywhere between 2 and 8 players.

Off-Ice and Nutrition Program

Here is where your player will learn the most in one hour of ice. 1v1 coaching program specifically designed around what your player needs work on the most. We can really get to know your player and work on breaking bad habits and creating good ones.

Coaches Barry O’Neil, Kyle Shapiro, and Justin Holiday will dedicate their time to these teams with the goal of helping players during game situations. We will do our best to teach each player as much as possible over the course of the weekend.

You will be pair with a hockey specific, professional or NCAA D1 trainer. They will design daily workouts or recovery routines based on your performance goal, injury restriction, fatigue level, equipment availability, and game schedule. No other platform can match out level of individualization.


In 2018 the first annual Two Nut Tune Up camp for Pro/College players helped to raise awareness for testicular cancer in young adults and teach people the reality of the disease.

We’ll be back in 2019 at the end of August to get Tuned Up!
